AST4500 和 AST4510 投入式液位传感器获得 UL/cUL913 (CSA 157) I 类 1 区 C、D 组认证，适用于设有认证安全栅的本安区。 此外，它获得了 ATEX / IECEx I 类 0 区 Exia IIB T4 Ga 认证（Ta = -40°C 到 +80°C）。这款投入式传感器系列可提供 0-1 到 0-100 PSI 压力范围并且兼容各种介质，非常适用于室内和室外应用的液位监测。AST4500 和 AST4510 液位传感器完全浸没密封，但采用电缆通风设计以校正气压变化。焊接外壳经受氦检漏机内部检测以确保具备相应防护性能。电缆导线同样与外部环境隔离以保证传感器可长期工作。AST4500 和 AST4510 系列采用可拆卸锥头，可通过 1/4”NPT 导管连接安装在储槽外部。通过这种构造，传感器可在储槽外部通过螺纹连接持续监测储槽液位，同时也可完全浸没以用于易受水浸或严重水洗环境下的应用。AST 支持电压或 4-20 mA 输出信号，可为多种应用提供经济高效的液位监测解决方案。
